Eugenol

(Indicated for temporary dental filling and base lining)

Main component： eugenol（the content more than 90%)

Instructions:

1. Blending environment: temperature 23 +-1℃ and humidity 50+-5%. Recommended powder-to-liquid ratio: 1.6 g : 0.5 ml

2. For mixing, first divide the weighed powder into large, medium, and small piles and place them on a clean and disinfected glass plate. Then sequentially incorporate the small, medium, and large piles of powder into the corresponding liquid, mixing until uniform before use. The mixing time should not exceed 90 seconds.

3. Complete the operation within 3 to 10 minutes during the product's net curing time. After 24 hours of curing, the compressive strength is ≥25 MPa.

4. After use, promptly remove excess material with a wet cotton ball or other instruments.

5. The water solubility rate of cement shall not exceed 1.5%.

6. The acid-soluble arsenic content in cement shall not exceed 2 mg/kg. 

7. The mixed paste should exhibit a homogeneous appearance with uniform consistency.
